He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Neely and H. Grace Clifton Neely; and his wife Frances "Jean" Griffith. He is survived by: his children, Joann E. Woodard (Lynn), Norma J. Neely (Steve Brown), Katherine Wetzel (Byron) and Norman B. Neely (Wendy); his grandchildren, Hannah Woodard (David Cross), Nikki Woodard (Devin Winegardner), Cherise Wetzel, Amie Jean Wetzel, Jarret Wetzel, Chelsea Geigle (Chase) and Megan Neely; his great grandchildren, Layla Cserepes, Tate Burrow, Tucker Burrow, Ruth Frances Neely, Rowan Geigle and Cecilia Geigle; and his sister Imogene Bell of Novinger, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
