She was predeceased by: her father Michael Gillespie. She is survived by: her mother Sondra Decker Gillespie; her siblings, Jeff Gillespie (Kelly) and Teresa Gillespie Schafhauser (Dan); her nieces and nephews, Dr. Chris Schafhauser, Stephanie Rewerts (Billy), Holly Senor (Danny) and Kyle Schafhauser; and her uncle Larry Steffensmeier (Debie).
