We bid farewell to Mary B. Mead of Silvis, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Bill" Williams and Florence Williams (Richardson); her former husband Charles R. Mead Jr.; her husband Chuck; and her brother Bill Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelli Martin (Chuck) of Moline, Illinois; her grandchildren, Daniel Branaugh (Debby) and Juno Martin; her great grandchild Claire Branaugh; and her friends, Thomas and Tammy Hamerlinck.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverview Free Will Baptist Church (820 18th St, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverview Free Will Baptist Church or to Samaritan's Purse/ Operation Christmas Child, as she was the coordinator for her church.
