Joann E. (DeVolder) Webb Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann E. (DeVolder) Webb of Silvis, Illinois, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joann E. (DeVolder) Webb to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond DeVolder and Louise DeVolder; and her brother Ray DeVolder. She is survived by: her husband Harley Webb; her children, Debi Tibbs (Wes), Duane Webb (Marty) and Darrell Webb (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Jenny, Justin, Christa, Michael, Garrett, Amanda, Brandon, Conner and Jordan. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
