Henry A. Setton Obituary
We bid farewell to Henry A. Setton of Silvis, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 10, 2025 at the age of 100. Henry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Setzke and Elizabeth Setzke (Noffke); his wife June Setton; his daughter Sandra Setton; and his siblings, Herbert, Raymond Setzke and Charlotte Krueger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce (Thomas Hein) and Gayle Sheets (Clair Carlson); and his grandchildren, Kristen Forrest (Keith), Mark Hein (Kristina), Meggen Overholt, Susan Serre (William), Samuel Overholt (Molly) and Elizabeth Jost (Derek). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline.
