He was predeceased by: his parents, Lathel Lastwell and Jessie Justine Priest; his wife Jacqueline Swemline; and his siblings, Dalton Dean Priest, Lyndon Gene Priest and Constance Lorraine Priest.
He is survived by: his daughters, Constance Lorraine Priest of Silvis, IL and Amandia Daigneault (David) of Mount Pleasant, SC; his brother Sammy Priest (Corrine) of Greenville, NC; and his close friend Barry Shipp (Fay) of Moline, IL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church of Moline.
