She is survived by: her daughters, Janelle Durham (Gerald) and Jill Slater; her grandchildren, Ryan Slater of Slater, IA, Jamie McWade, Ashley Jorgensen, Amy Van Severen and Kelly Durham; and her siblings, Lucy Dewaele, Mickey Tucker of Brompton, AL and Bonnie Harris of Kodak, TN.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
