He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bowser and Beverly Bowser (Rosenbaum); and his brothers, Michael and John. He is survived by: his wife Michelle M. Noah; his son Mikhael; and his siblings, Cynthia, Tony, Mark, Jeff and Randy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
