He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Castor and Josephine Specht Castor; his wife Mary Ann Holder; and his brothers, Jack, Tom and Bobby Castor.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Castor of Gilbert, AZ; his stepdaughters, Tanya Braet (Paul) of Colona and Dallas Muenchrath (Jeff) of St. John's, FL; and his grandchildren, Brock, Akayla and Jace.
