It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Fowler of Silvis, Illinois, born in Spurgeon, Indiana, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Fowler and Lou E. Thompson Fowler; and his son Tadd. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Mason; his daughter Jennifer Scott (Brian); his grandchildren, Dr. London R. Scott and Carley Turkmani (Alex); his great grandchildren, Elam, Emrys, Felicity and Farren; and his brother Jack Fowler (Linda).

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Silvis.
