She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvel Chandler and Bessie Chandler (Jorgenson). She is survived by: her husband Harry Whitaker; her sons, Gary (Becky) of Moline, IL and Dan (Kim) of Moline, IL; her grandchildren, Christopher (Laurie) of Morton, Jeff (Megan) of Rock Island, Michael (Kara) of Iowa City, Emily of Rock Island, John (Brynn) of Bedford, NY, Sarah Seiler (Aaron) of Centennial, CO and Mark (Kristy) of Glen Ellyn, IL; and her siblings, Bill Chandler (Jean) of Olney, IL and Carol Jane Bursott of Noble, IL.. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
