He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Niebrugge and Dolores Niebrugge (Willenborg); his parents-in-law, Adrian and Alice Flach; his brother Jerry Niebrugge; and his grandchildren, Laney Niebrugge and Cole Niebrugge.

He is survived by: his former wife Susan Flach; his wife Susie Niebrugge of Sigel; his children, Shelly Cremens (Matthew) of Green Creek, Scott Niebrugge (Marcia) of Sigel, Steve Niebrugge (Stacey) of Sigel, Sam Niebrugge (Michele) of Sigel and Shanna Niebrugge of Sigel; his grandchildren, Lexie, Max, Zoe, Kaylee, Zac, Bryce, Brant, Sophia, Tinley, Brianna, Reece and Kori; his pet Effie; his siblings, Tom Niebrugge (Rose), Fred Niebrugge (Rosie), Betty Earnest (Jon), Ben Niebrugge (Gail), Paula Spencer (Herb), Margie Liechty (Bill), Hank Niebrugge (Debbie) and Kristy Buehnerkemper (Shawn); his sister-in-law Diane Niebrugge; and also, Noreen, Paul Beckman, Dave, Renee Flach, Lori and Mark Tarter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to St. Michael School.
