She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Bushur and Rosa Bushur (Verdeyen); her husband Martin H. Niebrugge; her daughters, Patricia Cheadle and Constance "Connie" Laver; her siblings, Harold and Hilma; her children-in-law, George Newman, Peggy Niebrugge and Judy Niebrugge; her sister-in-law Celeste Williams; and her great great grandchild Zachary Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Niebrugge (Kathleen) of Decatur, Eugene Niebrugge (Jan) of Waukesha, WI, Charles Niebrugge (Jeannine) of Decatur, Norma Jean Newman of Effingham, Bernard Niebrugge of Keithville, LA, Diane Wheat (Billy) of Chandler, TX, Theresa Rogers (David) of Mason, Marcia Fearday (Dean) of Neoga, Steve Niebrugge of Altamont, Linda Temple (John) of Ingraham, Joan Mendenhall of Sigel, Mark Niebrugge (Jeannette) of Sigel, Caroline Niebrugge of Effingham and Curt Niebrugge (Maisa) of Huber Heights, OH; her son-in-law Lester Cheadle of San Diego, CA; her brothers, Donald Bushur (Anna Mae) of Sigel and Leonard Bushur (Rosemary) of Effingham; and her siblings-in-law, Virgil Goeckner of Effingham, Bertha Bushur of Effingham, Anna Marie Niebrugge of Effingham and Galen Williams of Paragould, AR. She is also survived by 48 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchild.
