He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Lee Meiss and Judy Ann Meiss (Steidinger) of Sibley; his wife Dawn Sudduth; his children, Zachary Meiss (Hannah) of Gibson City, Gregory Meiss (Brittany) of Sibley, Samantha Schultz (Kyle) of Sibley and Jonathan Meiss of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; and his sister Cynthia Simmons (Howard) of Paxton.
Alzheimer's changed many things for Scott, but he still enjoyed his children, grandchildren, church, TV, and long walks as his days allowed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or an Organization of the Donor's Choice.
