He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elijah Richard Neece and Edna Lee Neece (Puckett); his close friend Mary DeWinter; his wife Mary DeWinter of Sibley; his children, John Neece of Bluefield and Jessie Neece; his stepdaughter Nicole (Vince PanePinto); and his siblings, Ernie Neece (Janice) of Bluefield, Virginia., Sharon Altizer (Al) of Bluefield, Virginia., Janice Borel (Verne) of Bluefield, Virginia., Joyce McFarland and Steve Neece.
