She is survived by: her husband John E. Burkhart; her daughters, Myra Stephens (Bob) of Sibley and Charlene Lane (Perry) of Melvin; and her grandchildren, Bryan Rollins (Tiffany), Shaun Adkins, Erin Brown (John), Tiffany Knox (Jason), Kristin Guerrero (Gaston), Jenn Wright (Marcus), Jaime Adkins and Robby Stephens.
