He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Bachtold and Edna Warsaw Bachtold; his wife Patricia Ann Davisson; his sons, Douglas Lee Bachtold of London and Dean William Bachtold (Terricia Lee Martin) of Sibley; his siblings, Faye Gentes (Dan) of Sibley, Kay Lohmeyer (Larry) of Bloomington and Robert Bachtold (Nicole) of Peoria; and his daughter-in-law Roxanne Bachtold.
