He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Armstrong and Helen Ruhlander Armstrong; his wife Linda S. Oneal of Sibley; his children, Kurt Armstrong (Sherri) of Minooka and Kristi Aupperle (Mark) of Leroy; his grandchildren, Colin, Lauren, Jordan Armstrong, Nick and Alyssa Aupperle; and his sister Rita Stifle.
