He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Richard and Grace Agnes DeMoss Sr. (Reed); his wife Beth DeMoss of Sibley; his children, Julia Wagnaar (Clay) of Lake Placid, Florida, Katherine Brown (William) of Decatur, Charles Richard DeMoss III of Sibley, Ruth Tjarks (Merlin) of Sibley and Nancy Tirrell (Steve) of Canton, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Charles Tjarks (Megan), Erick Tjarks (Tina), Sharon Tjarks (Joseph), Joshua DeMoss (Rae Ann), Leah Hinkle (Jerry), Matthew Rysell (Krissy), Adam Rysell, Nancy Green (Bruce) and Jeff Wagnaar (Brittany); his siblings, Mary Jo Rudder (Roger), Jenny Carleton (late Bob) of Villa Grove, John DeMoss (Donna) of New Palestine, Indiana. and Bill; and his grandsons, Jordan DeMoss, Dakota DeMoss and Damon DeMoss. He was also cherished by twenty-two great grandchildren.
