She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin C. Miller and Cora M. Miller of Montrose; her husband Harold D. Hartman; and her siblings, Floyd Miller (Leona), Howard Miller, Glen Miller and Ruby Giesler (Harold).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Musser (Mark) of Beecher City, Lee Hartman (Karen) of Shumway and Ray Hartman (Eileen) of Shumway; her grandchildren, Tracie Petzing (Chris), Joni Flack (Mark), Kari McManaway (Devin), Kenzia Watson (Jeremy), Chad Hartman (Kristen), Larissa Jones (Tony), Melody Schuette (Tim), Katie Hinton (Clayton) and Kaleb Hartman; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Miller of Montrose, Helen Miller of Effingham and Dwane Hartman (Maude) of Stewardson. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in loving memory of Rhea to St. John's Lutheran Library, St. John's Food Pantry, St. John's Altar Guild, or the donor's choice.
