It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rayman Kelly of Shumway, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Keller; and his brothers, Roger and Terry Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Dee Newton (Mark) of Austin, TX and Ronald Kelly (Loralee) of Shumway, IL; his grandchildren, Randall Kelly (Elizabeth), Douglas Kelly, Leah Kelly and Samuel Newton (Natalie Morgan); and his great grandchild Charlotte Kelly.
