He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd W. Allen and Alma V. Allen (Elledge); and his siblings, Leonard Allen, Elsie James and Linda Duckwitz.
He is survived by: his close friend Carol Kuhlman of Shumway; his children, Loyd Allen of Salem, Greg Allen (Stacey) of Salem and Tammy Allen of Salem; his stepsons, Steven Kuhlman (Dawn) of Beecher City, Patrick Kuhlman (Betsy) of Shumway, Derrick Kuhlman of Altamont and Chris Kuhlman (Shari) of Farina; and his sisters, Helen Whitney (Charles) of Farina and Effa Harmon of Farina. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
