He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Klepzig and Dorothy Klepzig (Rentfrow); his parents-in-law, Raleigh and Nondas Chapman; his brothers, Henry and Don Klepzig (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Luella Carson (Raymond), Donna Chapman, Victor Chapman (Imogene), Dean Chapman, Marvin Olinger and Robert White.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Klepzig; his children, Darren Klepzig (Francine), Debbie Koester (Alan) and Danny Klepzig (Ashley); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Trey, Cara, Regan, Michael and Cason; his stepgrandsons, Andrew Wagoner and Blake Rahn; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy White, Darlene Staley, Fern Olinger, Ruth Byrley (Ron) and Daniel Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Effingham.
