He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Jean and William F. Blackburn, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Nancy Hutchings; his sons, Matthew (Carrie) and Timothy Blackburn; and his grandsons, Oliver, Benjamin and Niall. He is also survived by five sisters and four brothers, aunt and uncle.
