Russell of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Cremation rites will be accorded following services and interment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the United States Navy and the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Memorial Squad on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
