He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moeller and Charlotte Moeller; and his wife Julia. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Richardson (Marzell), Nicole Jenkins (Mark) and Robert Moeller (Hayley); his grandchildren, Laila, Marzell and Maxwell Richardson; and his sisters, Cindy Mckeand, Kathy Moeller and Joyce Moeller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
