He is survived by: his children, Dawn E. Starks (Jeffrey), Diane M. Radmer (Daniel) and Tammy R. Feeney; and his grandchildren, Kathryn E. Guy and Daniel P. Guy. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
