He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lackey and Eva Mae Lackey; his wife Patricia A. Lackey; and his brother Robert Lackey. He is survived by: his children, William 'Billy' Lackey (Mary) of Shorewood, IL, Michael Lackey (Ray) of Exira, IA, Deborah Zola (Richard, Jr.) of Shorewood, IL and John Lackey (Chau Tran) of St. Pete, FL; his grandson Richard 'Richie' Zola (Keziah Cobden) of Shorewood, IL; and his sister-in-law Pamela Jones of Clearwater, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
