He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. O'Hara and Beverly O'Hara (Courtney); and his brothers, Jim O'Hara of Flagstaff, AZ and J. Thomas O'Hara of Evergreen Park, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Theresa O'Hara (Hartigan); his children, Dr. Julia Biggins (Jim), Kate O'Hara (Matthew Hardy), Margaret O'Hara (Matt Gawryk) and Eamon O'Hara; his grandchildren, Keagan, Reilly, Norah, Ciaran, Mabel, Miles, Foster and Cole; and his siblings, Kathleen O'Hara, Kevin O'Hara (Catherine Allaway) and Kieran O'Hara (Evelyn Clark). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family requests that all guests wear face coverings at all indoor events for COVID safety.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
