He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bolos (Catalano) of Shorewood; his sons, Michael Bolos III (Amanda) of Shorewood and Phillip Bolos (Nicole) of Crystal Lake, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ava, Addison, Ashlynn and Jackson Bolos; and his sister Jules Algood of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to Sunrise North Therapeutic Riding Center of Minooka, Illinois would be appreciated.
