He is survived by: his parents, Jim Zobel (Marlene) of Joliet and Marcia Garrison (Jim) of Plainfield; his close friend Jayme Zobel (Ryan); his wife Jayme Zobel (Ryan) of Shorewood; his son Luke Zobel of Shorewood; his sister Morgann Zobel of Elmwood Park; his mother-in-law Lee Ryan (late Jim) of Joliet; his siblings-in-law, Sue Runde (Andy) of Shorewood and Jim Ryan (Beth) of New Lenox; his stepsiblings, Julie Duffin (Phil) of Naperville, Sue Garrison of Colorado, Richard Welker (Tracy) of Tinley Park and Sherry King (Mike) of Joliet; and his nieces and nephews, Maggie Runde, Jimmy, Bobby, Jake Ryan, Sofia, Dominic, Bianca Caracci, Drew, Olivia, Natalie Duffin, Jack, Sarah Welker and Bill McCanna. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Face masks will be required by all persons attending the funeral mass.
