He was predeceased by: his wife Bette J. (Smola); and his parents, Thomas Tady and Henriette Tady. He is survived by: his children, John McDormett of Prescott, AZ, Dawn Lys (Peter) of Shorewood, IL and Tom McDormett (Janet) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Bradley, Brittany, Alex Lys, Trevor (Lauren), Claire and Shaylin McDormett; and his great grandchild Beau.
