We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 62, Leslie M. Fabrizio of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Daleville, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leslie M. Fabrizio to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Maxwell and Sharon Maxwell (Sample). She is survived by: her siblings, Gregory W. Maxwell (Therese), Lisa Granzo (Steve), Mark Maxwell (Karen) and Lori Krimbill (Jim); her stepchildren, Vincent Fabrizio (Erin), Dana Patera (Chris) and Michael Fabrizio (Jessica); her grandchildren, Julius, Magnolia, Adrian Fabrizio, Ellie, Jamie Patera, Eddie and Natalie Fabrizio; and her pets, Maggie and Sparky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Face masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Will County Humane Society would be appreciated.
