We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2023, at the age of 87, Leonard W. Prasczewicz of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his cousin Frankie; his wife Jean; his children, Greg (Sandy), Mark (Janice), David (Crissy) and Lenny; his grandchildren, Sydney, Andrew, Brendon, Shannon, Lauren, Connor, Kyra, Logan and Matthew; and his cousin Patricia (Frankie Jr.).

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to Lightways Hospice in Joliet, or to the Dementia Society of America.
