He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Nemecek. He is survived by: his wife Lois Nemecek (Crohan); his sons, Matt Chap (Emily) and Bryan Chap (Jamie); his grandchild Chase; and his family, Cadillac and Monroe Harbor.
