He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malfitano and Cecilia Malfitano; and his sister Marjorie Invergo. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Malfitano; his children, Shireen Tyberg (Gary), Charles "Bud" Malfitano (Irene) and Linda Habel (Darrell); his grandchildren, Katie Less (Greg), Mark Tyberg (Ashlee), Rebecca Habel and Daniel Habel; and his sister Patricia Humphreys of Canada.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the family would be appreciated.
