He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, John, Donna, Karen, Anthony Sr. and Joseph; his grandchildren, Patrick, Danny (Alyssa), Andrew, Jillian, Anthony Jr. and Nick; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Storie; and his siblings, Richard, Cathy Ulrich (Matt), Bob and Jeff. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
