She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Graczyk; her parents, Fred Bashaw and Leila; and her siblings, Gail Bushong (Donald) and Gary Bashaw.

She is survived by: her niece Andrea Stevenson (Eric); her nephew Eric Bushong; and her cousin Richard Pierce. She is also survived by 4 great nephews and 1 great niece.
