Gwendolyn C. Sulaica Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gwendolyn C. Sulaica of Shorewood, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2024 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gwendolyn C. Sulaica to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Richardson and Gwendolyn Richardson; her husband Simon Sulaica, Jr.; and her son Dax Longo. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Richardson (Jill) and Peggy Ongenae (James); her nephews, Andrew Richardson (Ali) and Justin Ongenae (Rebecca); her niece Jessica Simmons (Chris); and her stepchildren, Dawn Paquin (Tim), Jessica Bays (Val Fuller) and Simon Sulaica III (Angie). She is also survived by Four great-nephews, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431).
