As Gloria Jean departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Gloria Jean. Though Gloria Jean may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Semmler; her daughters, Tammy Lapello (Phil) and Tiffany Oganovich (Daniel III); her grandchildren, Daniel IV, Nolan, Emma Oganovich and Shane; and her mother Tammy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blake & Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A prayer was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
