She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shifflet and Maryln Shifflet; and her grandparents, Leo Huffer, Madeline Huffer, George H. and Elizabeth A. Brumfield.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond D. Clark; her children, Christopher Clark (Barbara), Kimberly DeShazo (Benjamin) and Jonathan Clark; her grandchildren, Benjamin DeShazo, Jr. (Becky), Marissa DeShazo, Alyssum Fox, Nicholas Clark, Madeline Clark and Sean Clark; her great grandchild Jaxon DeShazo; and her siblings, Dennis Shifflet, Sr., Karen St (David), Denise "Sue" Royer (John) and Tracy Urban (William). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

The family suggests that, while floral tributes are appreciated, donations in Georgia's memory may be made in lieu of flowers, to the Church of St. Jude Building Fund, or to the Sisters of St. Francis of Mary Immaculate (the Joliet Franciscans).
