It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Louis Kafka of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Vivian; his sister Louise Kafka Reyna; and his nephew Joey Kafka. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Gore Kafka; his sons, Frank C. Kafka (Chelly Robinson), Eric J. Kafka (Carianne Kappel) and Mark L. Kafka (Sharon Polowick); his grandchildren, Adam, Frank and Cheyenne Kafka; and his brother Joseph Kafka.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Memorial Squad would be appreciated.
