She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene C. Hoffmeyer and Georgianna Hoffmeyer; her son Chadwin Moscato; and her sister Debbie Klingler. She is survived by: her husband Charles T. Moscato; her sons, Brandon Moscato and Justin Moscato (Brooke); her granddaughter Isabelle; her siblings, Donna Sievert (Steve), John Hoffmeyer (Ann), Bob Hoffmeyer (Kathy) and Bill Hoffmeyer (Peggy); and her in-laws, Larry Moscato (Sherri), Pam Moscato, Jean Cervak (late Dana) and Kim Sass (Kevin). She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
