He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn J. Holton-Parini (Meyer) and Albert D. Holton; his sister Terry Holton; and his cousin Kim McGuire. He is survived by: his wife Camille Holton; his sons, David, Andrew and Daniel Holton; his nephew Brian Burke (Nikki); his aunt Lorraine Lorenz; and his cousins, Greg Lorenz (Paula), Scott Lorenz (Pam) and Sue Kaynish (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
