With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence A. Hlavka of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 12, 2021 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hlavka and Lillian Hlavka; and his siblings, Georgia Popp, Ferdinand and Carl Hlavka.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Hlavka; and his children, Robert Hlavka (Sally), Ann Smith (Daniel) and William Hlavka (Lory). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
