She is survived by: her husband Daniel Polley; her children, Diantha Lewis and Daniel Polley Jr. (Yolanda); her grandchildren, Tarynn Dactelides (Robert), Daniel Polley III, Donovan Durham, Raven Smith and Danielle Polley; her siblings, Jacqualine Scott, Jack Griffin III, Robert Griffin (Patty), Pierre Griffin (Gina) and Makeda Clayton (James); and her sister-in-law Cindy Griffin. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
