It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Meseke (Shobonier, Illinois), born in Saint Elmo, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris C. Durbin and Esta A. Durbin (Guthrie); and her siblings, Dennis Durbin, Dorothy Seibert, Esta and Rita.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Charles Meseke; her children, Sandra Kleinik (Ron Warner) of Vandalia, Rhonda (Dan McCaslin) of Shobonier, Lisa (Lee Smith) of Vandalia and Wade Meseke (Loretta) of Shobonier; her grandchildren, Shanna, Jacob, Heather, Krystal, Rachel, Erin, Shelby, Renee, Alex, Waylin, Zach, Logan and Kylee; and her sisters, Ethel Moody of Chicago, Betty (Bill Springman) of Brownstown, Marie Kilzer of St. Elmo and Mary (Keith Denton) of St. Elmo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
