He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Sudduth and Mary Sudduth (Geene). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Larsen; his children, Michael Lee Sudduth of Concord, CA and Mindy Gudat of Pekin; and his grandsons, Aidan Sudduth and Aiden Gudat.

Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
