He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deb Grothaus (Golike); his parents, Richard Lee and Shirley Grothaus (Fite); his children, Amy Hanold (Pearley III) of Brighton, Ashley Schneider (Kyle) of Burwell, NE, Garret Grothaus (Morgan) of Shipman and Megan Burns (James) of Brighton; his grandchildren, Pearley Hanold IV, Cooper Grothaus, Mila Grothaus and Burton Schneider; and his brothers, Daniel Grothaus (Amy) and John Grothaus (Elaine).
