It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Bagent of Shipman, Illinois, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bagent and Ursula Bagent (Volz); and his sister Carol Wyman (Lloyd). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Newingham; his children, Deborah Darr (Randy) of Shipman, Dian Bazzell (Tom) of Davenport, FL and Steven Bagent (Kari) of Shipman; and his brothers, Larry Bagent and Donald Bagent (Barbara). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
